Allows pictures to be taken with your iPhone or iPad and uploaded directly to a patient record within CounselEAR. Instructions: 1. Install CounselEAR Snapshot on your iPhone or iPad 2. Open the Snapshot app on your phone/tablet and scan the patient bar code on the Patient Administration screen within CounselEAR 3. Take a picture with your phone camera 4. When completed your picture will automatically be uploaded as the patient's profile picture (refresh screen in CounselEAR to see updated photo) Please direct all questions, comments, and support requests to support@counselear.com or 888-516-4281.
